Technique

Eric believes and institutes a funnel system in training his clients, whereby he assesses your body and identifies your strong and weak links. He then puts in place a diversified fitness training program that will target your weak points; this initiates a wildfire effect on the rest of your body systems - producing dramatic results in a short period of time. I pride myself on being on time, and appreciate you being ready to start the session at the agreed upon time.

    * Please ensure that you have something to eat before your workout session. This is an important element in your fitness motivation, as well as your optimum performance.

The advantage of this system is that it celebrates and acknowledges each individual, reducing time and resources being wasted on training techniques that aren't of any benefit to a client.

Principals

The principals result in a new individual who is more attractive, healthier and stronger. All in all, consistency, focus and a warrior spirit are important ingredients for success in any endeavor, and the same principle applies to your fitness training. A lot of times the mind and spirit need to be conditioned, so that the necessary thinking, emotional, and chemical infrastructures are put into motion, so as to sustain your activities. The mind and spirit are a vital part of the training experience, and its vital role can not be ignored.

My Policies


    * I pride myself on being on time, and appreciate you being ready to start the session at the agreed upon time.
    * I consider myself fairly serious about the training. Don’t worry-there will be plenty of fun, but we are there to work!
    * I enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please remember that my profession is built upon appointments, and I cannot schedule anyone in your time slot if you cancel late. This rule does not apply to clients who have purchased the Exclusive Focus Training package.
