I have known Eric Odera for about 9 months and in that time, I have relied on him tremendoulsly with regards to my overall health.It has been a long journey for me and I know I would have never made it this far without his constant support.

I can remember when I first started working with Eric, when I could barely lift any weights , could barely do any pushups or situps, and I could barely handle being on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes. I have been training with Eric Odera for just over one year. During this time Eric has worked with me to attain my personal goals.My goal was to lose weight, and a longer term target of  maintaining this weight while beginning to strengthen and tone , which was my primary objective.
